C.A.T. Studios, which is located adjacent to the Red Deer Memorial Centre, was built by the organization in 2004 to house its operations. The facility provides the group with rehearsal space, storage (properties, costume, building material and technical equipment), a workshop, a member's lounge, a conference room and an administration office.

There are three rehearsal spaces, or studios, located in the venue and each are available for rent. The largest of the studios also functions as an intimate performance space and plays host to a variety of small events including the C.A.T. One-Act Cabaret each June.
